Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling and Guidance
Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects. -
Lead Generation and Follow-ups
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, webinars, and educational fairs. Maintain regular communication to nurture prospective students through the admission funnel. -
Admissions Process Management
Assist students throughout the admission process, including filling out application forms, collecting required documents, and preparing for entrance tests or interviews where applicable. -
Database and Record Management
Maintain detailed and accurate records of inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or other internal databases. Ensure proper documentation and data integrity. -
Outreach and Promotion
Participate in outreach initiatives such as school/college visits, education expos, webinars, and promotional events to build awareness of the institution and attract prospective students. -
Information Dissemination
Educate potential applicants about the institution’s academic offerings, campus life, faculty, facilities, and placement opportunities. Address frequently asked questions regarding fees, housing, visa support (for international students), and program structures. -
Goal-Oriented Admissions
Work to achieve individual and team-based admission targets as set by the admissions or marketing department. Convert leads into enrolled students through consistent engagement and follow-through. -
Reporting and Feedback
Prepare regular reports on lead conversion, application status, and student feedback. Share insights and suggestions for improving marketing and admission strategies. -
Coordination with Internal Departments
Coordinate with the academic, finance, and administration teams to ensure a seamless admission process. Help in resolving issues related to documentation, payments, or course selections. -
Interview and Selection Support
Organize and assist in conducting admission interviews or entrance exams, and communicate results to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
