Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide information about available programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Assist students throughout the application process—from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain and update student records in the CRM or database.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Participate in on-campus or virtual admission events, workshops, and orientation programs.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate and updated information is shared.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
Good listener with a genuine interest in helping students.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
