Admission Counsellor
Qualifications and Professional Background:-
Must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree. Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in Customer Service Sales ideally in a service provider industry. Experience in the Education sector is preferred but not essential.
Required Core Competencies Include:-
- Proven work experience in Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective communicator at different levels, both orally and in writing
- Ability to form effective customer relationships and close sales
- Interpersonal skills, and ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google suite.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of the company, brand, and product preferred.
