Job Description

1. Parent Counseling & Guidance

Understand parents' expectations and concerns regarding early childhood education.
Provide detailed information about the preschool’s curriculum, teaching methods, safety measures, and facilities.
Offer personalized guidance on selecting the right program based on the child's age and development stage.

2. Inquiry Handling & Follow-up

Respond to admission inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits.
Maintain a database of potential admissions and follow up with interested parents.
Schedule school tours, demo classes, and meetings with teachers if needed.

3. Admission Process Management

Assist parents in filling out admission forms and submitting required documents.
Explain fee structures, payment plans, and policies clearly.
Ensure a hassle-free onboarding process for new students.

4. Marketing & Promotion

Promote the preschool through online and offline channels, including social media, flyers, and community events.
Organize open houses, parent orientations, and school events to attract new enrollments.
Work on partnerships with nearby residential communities and corporates for referrals.

5. Coordination with School Administration

Work closely with the principal and teachers to understand classroom capacities and admission targets.
Ensure smooth communication between parents and school management regarding policies, schedules, and activities.

6. Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Track conversion rates and generate reports for the management.
Suggest improvements in the admission process to enhance efficiency.

7. Parent Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
