Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Masters Classic Services Private Limited. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential candidates and convince them to enroll in various higher education programs offered through our university partners.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will:

Make 100-120 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
Counsel and guide candidates on available programs and their benefits.
Convince and convert leads into admissions.
Provide accurate information about the admission process and course details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure follow-up to maximize conversions.
Maintain records of calls and share daily reports.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or counselling (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

Shift: 9 hours per day

Salary: 15000 - 70000
