Job Description
Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career options

Handle student inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online leads

Guide students through the complete admission process

Assist with application forms and document verification

Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions

Interact with parents to address academic and fee-related concerns

Maintain student data in CRM or admission software
-
Coordinate with academic, finance, and hostel departments

Participate in education fairs, school visits, and open days
-
Promote college programs, facilities, and placements

Ensure timely fee collection and enrollment confirmation

Prepare daily and monthly admission reports

Achieve admission targets and conversion goals

Provide post-admission support and orientation guidance
