Job Description
MindTech Educational Group is seeking a target-driven Admission Counsellor for its
Rewari office to convert leads, counsel students, and drive admissions. Strong
communication and sales skills are required. Fixed pay plus attractive
incentives.
Required Candidate profile
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to prospective students
- Counsel students on courses
- Convert leads to admissions
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Coordinate with sales & ops to meet targets
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Admission Support:
- Counsel students and parents over the phone, in person, or regarding available academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
- Understand the needs, interests, and goals of each prospective student and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through walk-ins, website inquiries, social media, marketing campaigns, or referrals.
- Assist students in filling out admission forms, application submissions, document collection, and fee payment procedures.
Sales & Conversion:
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through a consultative and supportive counseling approach.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets set by the management.
- Maintain a high conversion ratio by building trust and addressing the concerns of students and their families.
- Explain course features, fee structure, duration, and potential career paths clearly and confidently.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to actively listen, empathize, and guide students with accurate information.
- Strong convincing ability and confidence in one-on-one conversations or presentations.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
