Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to guide and support prospective students through the admission process. You will be responsible for converting leads into admissions and maintaining a positive relationship with students.
Key Responsibilities:-
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course details, career outcomes, and admission procedures.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Conduct walk-ins and telephonic interviews.

Explain the eligibility criteria and enrollment process clearly.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Meet admission targets within the given timelines.

Participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach programs when required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Convincing ability and confident personality

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

Fluency in English and Hindi (or regional language if applicable)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Friendly and professional attitude

Graduate in any stream (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA preferred)

Additional certification in counselling or communication is a plus
