Job Title: Admission Counselor Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year Employment Type: Full-time Location: Remote / Office (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom
Explain course details such as levels, class types, schedules, fees, and admission steps
Understand student goals and recommend the right course option (Group / Special / Private)
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested students
Guide students through registration and payment processes
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions
Coordinate with admin and academic teams when required
Ensure polite, respectful, and professional communication at all times
Sit Front of camera 9 to 6
