Key Responsibilities-
Counsel students about Promilo’s courses, certification programs, and career paths

Handle inbound & outbound calls to guide and convert leads

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs

Assist students throughout the admission & registration process

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups

Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet monthly targets

0–2 years of experience in counselling / sales / customer interaction

Interns from Marketing & Sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Ability to explain course benefits and handle queries confidently

Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided)
