• Counsel students about Promilo’s courses, certification programs, and career paths

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to guide and convert leads

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs

• Assist students throughout the admission & registration process

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet monthly targets

• 0–2 years of experience in counselling / sales / customer interaction

• Interns from Marketing & Sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain course benefits and handle queries confidently
