Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career prospects

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of admissions

• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes

• Assist with documentation, fee collection, and enrollment formalities

• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and counseling skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with a student-focused approach

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
