Job Description
We are looking for a well-experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in student counseling and university admissions, preferably someone who has worked with leading EdTech platforms like Shiksha, CollegeDekho, CollegeDunia, Career Banao, or Accustudy. The ideal candidate must have a B.Tech and MBA degree, along with at least 1 year of cold-calling/telecalling experience in the higher education domain. The role involves guiding students towards the right-fit universities from our official tie-ups, explaining admission processes, following up on leads, and achieving conversion targets. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, CRM proficiency, and a goal-oriented mindset are essential. The position requires a full-time commitment. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, with performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.
