Job Description
An ideal Admission Counselor should: Who are we looking for:
- Be results-driven and motivated to meet their KRAs/goals. A drive towards earning maximum incentives is a plus!
- Have a strong ability - to deal with rejections/failures.
- Have a learner’s mindset and an ability to think on their feet.
- Have a strong belief in the potential of an edtech product changing (impacting) a student’s life.
- Be open to critical and constructive feedback (given only when needed).
- Candidates with a “can’t do” attitude or a “negative approach” will not find our environment suitable.
Roles and responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Speak and engage with leads (potential students) generated through various marketing channels. Through this we get to understand their learning needs, explain our product offering, and align our product as a solution for leads who will find it useful.
- You will need to make about 200 dials/calls per day.
- You shall ensure follow ups with potential leads are done within a turnaround of 24 hours.
- As a member of the team, you will be responsible for updating Leadsquared(CRM) everyday.
- Coordinate and seek feedback on your calls from our Quality Assurance team. Adhering to the process and inputs suggested by them is important.
- Identify upselling opportunities with existing students who will benefit from our advanced programs. Additionally, you may also connect with them for referrals and
- Schedule and coordinate virtual sessions for prospective students
- Participate in team discussions on process improvements, brainstorming, and other sessions.
- Attend training and other sessions as recommended by your team or basis your needs.
