Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Communication
-
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective students daily, following up on inquiries submitted through the institution’s website, digital campaigns, referrals, or other sources.

Use a consultative approach to understand the prospective student’s interests, educational goals, and potential fit with the institution’s programs.

Clearly articulate program offerings, admissions requirements, financial aid options, deadlines, and the overall value proposition of attending the institution.

Maintain a warm, professional, and engaging tone in every call to build trust and rapport.

Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and email inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
2. Lead Management & Follow-up
-
Accurately document and track all communications and progress within the institution’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects via phone, email, text messages, or other appropriate platforms to move them through the admissions funnel.

Schedule and conduct follow-up calls and interviews to assess interest and readiness to apply.

Collaborate with the marketing and enrollment teams to improve lead quality and engagement strategies.
3. Admissions Advising

Provide detailed information about academic programs, campus life, online learning options, financial aid, and student support services.

Advise prospective students on the admissions process, including document submission, application timelines, program prerequisites, and next steps.

Assist students in completing applications and collecting required documents, ensuring applications are accurate and complete for review.

Prepare students for entrance exams, interviews, and any additional assessments, if applicable.
4. Relationship Building & Student Engagement

Build strong relationships with prospective students to understand their unique goals, barriers, and motivations.

Serve as the main point of contact and support from inquiry through enrollment, providing encouragement and personalized guidance.

Act as a liaison between the student and other departments (e.g., financial aid, academic advising, student services) to provide a seamless admissions experience.
5. Performance Metrics & Goals

Meet or exceed individual performance goals, including call volume, contact rates, conversion rates, and enrollment targets.

Monitor daily and weekly performance through dashboards and reports, making adjustments to strategies and outreach as needed.

Contribute to the overall success of the admissions team by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and improvement initiatives.
6. Compliance & Professionalism

Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and personal information in accordance with FERPA and institutional policies.

Ensure all interactions reflect the values, mission, and brand of the institution.

Follow all ethical guidelines and admissions policies to ensure a transparent and student-centered admissions process.
