Job Title: Admissions Counselor
Job Summary:
The Admissions Counselor guides prospective students through the admissions process, promotes the institution’s programs, and helps meet enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the institution at recruitment events and college fairs.
- Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, financial aid, and academic programs.
- Review and evaluate applications to make admissions decisions.
- Maintain communication with students and families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Track and report recruitment data to improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
