Advocate Job in Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences at Ranchi

B. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant must possess a Degree in law from a University, recognized by the Bar Council of India. He must be an Advcxate enrolled under a Bar Council as per Advocates Act, 1961.

2. Applicant, desirous of being empaneled for High Court/Subordinate Court/Commission/Tribunal situated in Jharkhand must be enrolled as an Advcxate with the State Bar Council of Jharkhand and must be a member of local Advocate's Association.

3. In addition, the Applicant should be familiar with various branches of law, especially Constitutional Law, Service Law, Labour Law, Law of Contract, Property Law, CPC., Cr.P.C, Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Companies Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Taxation Laws, Consumer Laws, etc.

C. For conducting cases in Supreme Court of India: 10 years of practice in Supreme Court. Member of Supreme Court Bar Association. At least 10 cases argued by self 

C. For conducting cases in Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi/Subordinate Court/Commission/TribunaI within the territory of Jharkhand.: Minimum 10 years'  experience in  Jharkhand  High  Court / Subordinate  Court / Commission/ TribunaI. Enrolled with the Jharkhand State Bar Council. of Member Advocate Association of Jharkhand High Court/Subordinate Court. At least 10 cases argued by self.
