Job Description
We are looking for an Intellectual Property Lawyer to handle trademark, copyright, design, and related IP matters.
Work Includes- Trademark filing, replies, opposition, and rectification matters
- Drafting legal notices, replies, pleadings, and applications
- Handling IP litigation support and court documentation
- Reviewing assignment deeds, licence agreements, and IP contracts
- Client coordination, legal research, and deadline tracking
- LL.B. with Bar Council enrolment
- Knowledge of trademark, copyright, and design law
- Good drafting and research skills
- 0–2 years’ IP law experience preferred
