Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting/vetting documents and agreements like development agreements, agreements for sale, affidavits, power of attorney, leave and license agreement, and various other legal documents as and when required2. Drafting/vetting the plaint, written statement, notice of motion, chamber summons, appeals, application, and affidavits which are required to be filed on behalf of the firm
3. Advising our office personnel on legal-related issues and providing opinions on employment-related matters and other legal matters
4. Verifying titles of the property, preparing title opinion, and providing legal guidelines to the firm
5. Attending/appearing in the court hearing on various matters briefing the counsels and advocates
Requirements:
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
