Job Description

Mathnix Advertising is #hiring for Affiliate Manager :-
CPL/CPA/CPS and Business Development Associated Profiles the deal candidate will oversee both demand and supply in this role where he/she will handle the end to end engagement with the publishers, manage both domestic as well as international delivery of CPL/CPA/CPS campaigns . Should be able to think critically and analytically while making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
     
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to identify the potential and direct campaigns.
2. Manage Domestic as well as international delivery CPA/CPL/CPS.
3.Manage end to end communication with advertiser as well as publishers.
4.On boarding and managing affiliates ensuring meeting of advertising KPI and publisher expectation.
5. Handle publishers engagement and retention .
6. Co-ordinate with the client servicing and cross- functional team to ensure the seamless campaign .
7. Experience of driving substantial revenue through CPA/CPS/CPL models .

Requirements:-
1. Should have 0-2 years of experience in CPA/CPL/CPS delivery . (freshers also can apply) 
2. Ensure proper information sharing with cross - functional team and affiliate .
3. Should be a critical thinker.
4.Strong prospective skill-able to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiate deals.
5. Decent communication skill and strong interpersonal skill 
6. Self motivated and focused on achieving the assigned work.
