Job Description
- We have immediate openings in Life insurance domain for Agency devlopment Manager for Bangalore, Hubli,Belgum, Mangalore and Mysore
- Agency Development Manager(ADM)
- Salary: 1,80,000 - 300,000, P.A.+1.5 Lakhs Bonus / year + Medical Insurance +Incentives
- Two-wheeler & Good Communication is a must.
- Male or female
- Age: 23 to 35 years
- Total work experience should be more then 1yr's
- Insurance / Banks - 1 yr of Direct Marketing/Sales experience/ other experience Graduates ( 10+2+3) /Post Graaduate

Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
- Ensure product knowledge by ways of training
- Field demonstration (FOD’s)
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency
- Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
- Customer Centricity
- Be a brand ambassador & a customer champion
- Follow Co. sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Co. standard.
