Job Description
A brief about the role:
- The selected candidate will undergo the training program for the first 3 Months, after completion of training the candidate will be Seated as Agency Organizer based on the performance.

- First 3 months training will be given to the candidate, during the Training period the student have to deal with direct marketing, based on the performance the candidate will be seated as Agency Organizer.
- Once after completion of 3 months training the Agency Organizer will not involve in direct marketing, Agency Organizer role is to manage the team effectively.
- Annual Package starting from: 2.5 lakhs to 4.5 lakhs.
- In addition best talented employees will be awarded with perks.
- Job Title: Agency Organizer.
- Training period: 3 months (PM 10000 *3=30000 in training period)
- 4 month onwards: 2.5 lakhs to 4.5 lakhs annual income + additional Incentive.
