Experience: Mini. 3 Month To 1 Year in any sales.

CTC: 1.50 L/A to 2.60 L/A + Incentive (Defer as per your Experience and Interview.) It is also Negotiable.

Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory

Job Description:

Recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review the agent’s performance.
Help them achieve maximum business.
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestion, Lead Generation, Advise.
