Job Description
Job Title: Agronomist interns
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identify and utilize the best-in-class agronomy science insights into what affects crop yields - pests, nutrients, and water stress across a range of crops in different weather and soil conditions around the world
- Work collaboratively to build our agronomy products that leverage satellite imagery and current weather conditions to produce in-season agronomic advisories
- Support our global agronomy team to deliver relevant and localized agronomic advice in diverse geography for multiple cropping systems
Profile Description:
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are preferably available for duration of 3 months
- are from Bangalore
- are currently pursuing Bsc/Msc Agriculture
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018
Other Requirement:
- Clear understanding of all crops and their insects/pest, disease, and weeds
- Must have relevant ground knowledge of the farming community and their problems
Skill(s) required: MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
Perks:Certificate, 5 days a week
Stipend: Rs 20000/Month
Duration:3 Months
