About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding loyalty and rewards requirements and identifying segments for partnerships/alliances to expand our rewards club offering
2. Identifying prominent and trending brands in a category and pitching our partnership to integrate them into our rewards partner network
3. Negotiating commercials and getting the agreements executed for partnerships and alliances
4. Maintaining partner relationships across various categories
5. Seeking and providing feedback to partners
6. Continuously evaluating the products from different brands in the partner network to make the required changes
7. Evaluating and adding partners/alliances outside India to enable cross border commerce
8. Managing internal and external stakeholders to run the business efficiently
9. Working on staying informed of the loyalty and rewards industry landscape, competitions/competitors, and client requirements at various levels
10. Managing team effectively to drive results for the organization
11. Recording and monitoring KPIs and making required improvements

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Jun'21 and 12th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must have 0-1 years of experience in partnerships and alliances
2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. An understanding of the loyalty and rewards industry will be a plus
4. Must have a good understanding of the eCommerce business
5. Must have good interpersonal skills
6. Must have experience in sales and relationship management
