Job Summary:
Responsible for managing back-office operations, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth. Reports directly to the CFO and oversees payroll, finance, and administrative functions. This role involves data entry, report generation, document verification, and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle payroll, HR, and finance activities.

Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable.

Oversee administrative tasks like scheduling, travel, and report writing.

Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies.

Communicate with customers via phone when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency

Soft Skills: Good communication & aptitude
Compensation:
Salary up to INR 35,000 per month
Location & Work Schedule:
Silvassa, DNHDD | 9 AM - 7 PM
