9679 Prepare and implement action plans to drive process improvements.
9679 Deliver high quality of extraction consistently w/t fail and ensure process compliance.
9679 Develop domain expertise and work like an SME. Challenge what seems not right
9679 Perform high quality RCAs to identify the root causes of repeating/high severity issues.

Skills/Qualification

9679 Customer support or technical support experience in online industry (1 to 2 years)
preferably with processes related to data curation / extraction
9679 [IMPORTANT] Good knowledge of websites, and how to navigate to obtain desired
information
9679 [IMPORTANT] Excellent Communication Skills (both written oral)
9675 Language Standard: Versant Communication Test Score 65 for Reading
Writing
9679 [IMPORTANT] Decision making skills
9679 [IMPORTANT] Strong Logical/ Analytical skills (cognitive ability)
9679 Focus on accuracy/eye for details
9679 Strong preference for native language speakers or strong C2 language level including
the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar, along with written
and oral English skills [For non English]
9679 Excellent time management skills, most workload involves fluctuation
9679 Extremely proactive and organized with a track record of success in a team environment
