Job Summary:
The Analyst Trainee role is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to develop analytical, technical, and business skills. This position offers hands-on training and mentorship in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, research, or domain-specific analytics depending on the industry (e.g., finance, IT, healthcare, consulting, or operations).
The individual will work closely with senior analysts, managers, or cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

3. Research and Benchmarking

Support business planning, marketing strategies, or operational initiatives with data-backed research.
4. Documentation and Recordkeeping

Maintain organized records of analyses, methodologies, and source data.

Prepare user manuals or reports for team use and audits, if required.
5. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with other departments such as operations, marketing, finance, or IT to fulfill data requests.
