Designation: Android App Development
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Add innovative new features to our existing products
2. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
3. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
5. Document, analyze, and fix identified bugs and issues
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
2. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
3. Experience with offline storage and threading
4. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
5. Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
6. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
7. Familiarity with continuous integration
8. Experience in Kotlin and Java is a must
9. MVVM architecture is a plus
