Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a complete application
- Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Angular JS, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Angular JS, PHP, JS and HTML5
- Professional, precise communication skills
- Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
- Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
- Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
- Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
- Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
- Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
- Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
- Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments

Our main aim is to empower rural people to access their daily needs and services in their Gram Panchayat itself by setting up of E-Kiosk’s named Desi Skills Gramodhhar Kendra’s in 6024 Gram Panchayat’s of Karnataka along with all Taluk and Zilla Panchayat headquarters. These kiosk’s will be internet enabled and offer a wide range of services like opening of bank accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals, money transfers, comprehensive range of insurance services like life, health, crop and other Government insurance schemes. They will also have access to a wide range of E-Governance services including land records, Aadhar card registrations and corrections, NREGA job cards, Railway ticket bookings, Bus Bookings, all bill payments and other government services.
Even though Karnataka is one of the most urbanised in the country, 68 percent of the population that is over 4 crore people still live in rural areas. Rural India represents another world that share very little with the fellow urban population. Even though India has one of the highest GDP growth in the world, rural population largely needs to feel the positive impact. For them routine services like banking, bill payments, mobile recharges, Insurance enrolments and premium payments and other allied services are still a challenge requiring travel, time and energy to execute and which is widely available elcectronically to the urban people.
