Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• 3 years experience on Remedy AR System and ITSM suite.
• Remedy Service Desk (IM/PM), Change Management (CM).
• Service Request Management (SRM), Service Level Management (SLM).

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Unix environment Good Knowledge
• Experience in ADDM is an advantage
