Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuation education, thereby optimize customer training experience •On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications •Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting Education: Radiology technician/radiographer (English) or university degree, Diploma / BSc / MSc Radiology Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a clinic or equivalent background involving clinical and medical technology expertise |
