- Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
- Day-to-day support for production environment - handling system issues and monitoring applications.
- Maintain and monitor all server side software to ensure system is working properly.
- Provide end-user support for existing applications.
- Develop client specific scripts and scripts to streamline operational tasks
- Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide 24/7 technical support in a live server environment.
- Troubleshooting performance issues related to applications and database.
- Ability to analyze abstract problems and provide solutions
- Co-ordination with Network team to resolve the queries related to link Problems.
- Candidate must have fluent in English, only male candidate.
- Handling customer queries over phones and emails.
- Ensuring resolution & response within stipulated time through constant coordination with development team.
- candidate must have IT background with good technical skill
- Ability to understand and grasp software products
- Should have good experience in Application Support, Installation, Software Installation, Patch management
- Day-to-day support for production environment - handling system issues and monitoring applications
- Maintain and monitor all server side software to ensure system is working properly.
- Provide end-user support for existing applications.
- Co-ordination with Network team to resolve the queries related to link Problems.
- Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work
