Job Description
Job Overview:
An Appointment Setter is responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process. This role primarily involves working with prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to identify their interest, qualify them, and schedule appointments for sales representatives or executives to meet with them. Appointment Setters are essential for keeping the sales pipeline flowing and ensuring that sales teams have a steady stream of opportunities to convert into business.
- Handle customer's outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Appointment setting pre sales
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
