Job Description
• Create automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, TCL) to accelerate regular configurations, reduce manual effort, and improve troubleshooting accuracy.
• Design and support for developing the Script for Health check across the platforms.
• Ability to adapts the AI to develop the scripts.
• Utilize AI/GenAI technologies like Copilot to build smart troubleshooting assistants.
• Assist GTAC engineers in troubleshooting customer issues related to Tejas R&S, NMS/EMS, Optical products.
