Job Description

Job Role : Hardware & Networking / Monitoring / Service Desk / Remote Technical Support.
Responsibilities
· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
· Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
· Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
· Ensure all issues are properly logged
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
· Prepare accurate and timely reports
· Provide Basic level troubleshooting.
· Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed / monitored.
· Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / commitments
· Knowledge on Network protocols LAN, WAN protocols like HSRP , VLANS, STP, OSPF and BGP
· Understanding of Routing, Switching devices
· Understanding of Network Operations
· Good understanding Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
· Good understanding of computer systems other tech products
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
