Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate must have experience of a minimum of 6 Months in AR calling.
Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims.
To do an analysis of claims and take proper action.
Should be able to handle calls to and from physicians, patients, and hospital staff.
Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Knowledge of Denial management.
Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delays in payment.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Should be willing to join immediately.
Quick and eager to learn and mold accordingly to the process needs.
