Job description:

• Reviews the work order

• Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers for claim status.

• Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers to check status of outstanding claims.

• Follow-up on payment information if the claims are processed.

• Analyze claims in case of rejections.

• Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.

Job Specification:

• Effective communication in English.

• Graduate with B.Com, BA, BBA

• Satisfactory working in US Shift night.

• Undergraduates with more than six months BPO Experience would be considered.

• The candidate will have fixed shift.
