AR trainees should be responsible to communicate with the insurance companies/hospitals/clinics/medical service provider/hospices.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Calling US Insurance representatives to follow up pending claims
• Perform assigned tasks/complete targets with accuracy
• Check & update the status of the claim through portals.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
• Must be graduate
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Etc
• Willing to work in Night Shift
• Candidates willing to join immediately will be preferred.
