Role Description
We are seeking an Architect by qualification who primarily practices Interior Design to join MXA Design Studio LLP in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in-person role for a passionate and detail-oriented individual. As an designer you will closely collaborate with clients and fellow team members to ensure that all aspects of design (concept designing, space planning, shop drawings, 3D, etc.) are executed to highest standards, reflecting our commitment to luxury and innovation.
The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage designing and co-ordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in softwares - Autocad, Sketchup, Vray/ Escape/ Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft
- Must have technical knowledge of architecture detailing like - (building sections, elevations, electrical drawings, basic plumbing drawings), and also knowledge about building codes, and site execution.
- Proven experience in luxury residential and/or office interior design
- Strong material knowledge and ability to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
- Strong attention to detail, originality in design, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent presentation skills
