About the studio and our expectations from applicants: We at Figments, work in the realm of crafting meaningful experiences through research & design.
'Memory' and 'Recall' are the keywords that structure our effort. Methodological research is directed towards understanding the need for the product and its end-consumer. We refrain from compartmentalizing impact areas into specialized zones; instead, we work on crafting a context-specific environment.
The studio is expanding and the current hiring process is aimed towards scouting for talent which can be groomed into quality design-thinkers and could responsibly carry the mandate of creating integrated experiences.
We focus on training the person holistically, the exposure and learning curve here is high as the responsibility shouldered in small teams is multidimensional. Right now we need people as design thinkers in general but with also clear design and detailing skills.
