closely with architects to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development phases of projects, ensuring innovative and functional outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, client representatives, statutory bodies, team members, and sub-consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Oversee project detailing and monitor team performance. Provide clear direction to team members and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Track project progress and ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Meet the functional objectives of the development department. Ensure all projects adhere to required quality standards.
- Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily targets for the team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in SketchUp.
- Knowledge of elevation design, design standards, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in design development and detailing.
- Planning and executing work in an organized manner.
- Team formation and effective client interaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
