Job Description

Position 1: Area Manager-Business Acquisition

Good communication skills
Male candidates preferred

CTC: 3LPA-4LPA + Travel Allowance-2500+Food Allowance-3000+Mobile Allowance-800+300,000 Health Insurance+Thrice of your CTC as Term insurance(Life Insurance) .

Position 2: Safety& Security Manager-Operations

First point of contact for any Safety and Security issue reported in assigned area
Handle trespassing, theft and any other legal issue that might be reported from Nestaway properties.
Handle cases of tenants misusing premises.
Handle cases of tenants manhandling each other.
Handle incidences related to non¬-adherence of existing tenancy policies.
Address any safety and security related concern raised by the owner and / or the residential housing society.
Interact with local authorities from the Police, regarding any Safety and Security incident concerning Nestaway properties.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Visit rent defaulters and ensure compliance to tenant rent payment cycle.

CTC: Depends on His Current Salary,hike according to Market Standards+ 300,000 Health Insurance+Thrice of your CTC as Term insurance(Life Insurance)

Position 3: Area Property Manager-Operations

Property Management

Role requires the candidates to be able to take ownership of approx 100 houses
Provide best in class experience to the tenants & owners
Candidates will be required to do the periodic checks of the houses assigned to them & also ensure that Nestaway has all the data (viz. Utility account IDs, Tenant agreements & PVs, Photographs of the house etc.)
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Minimise tenant move-outs from the houses mapped to the APM

House Onboarding/offboarding

Candidates will be required to make houses live or offboard them as per Nestaway's process using Salesforce app & other tools provided to them within pre-defined SLAs.

Move-in & Move-outs

Candidates will be required to process move-ins & move-outs as per Nestaway's process using Salesforce app & other tools provided to them within pre-defined SLAs.

CTC: 20k-25K+Travel Allowance-2500+Food Allowance-3000+Mobile Allowance-800+300,000 Health Insurance+Thrice of your CTC as Term insurance(Life Insurance)
