Area Manager – Project
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential locations for opening new preschools based on market demand and strategic growth plans.
- Conduct SWOT analysis for each potential location to evaluate feasibility and viability.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to plan and execute preschool launches.
- Identify and evaluate properties suitable for setting up preschools in shortlisted areas.
- Coordinate with Business Partners to finalize the most appropriate property options.
- Initiate and support negotiation discussions with property owners for lease or purchase agreements.
- Develop implementation plans aligned with brand guidelines and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee project timelines to ensure preschools are launch-ready within stipulated deadlines.
- Work closely with the RevOps team to ensure smooth and successful preschool launches
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional departments, vendors, and franchise partners to execute projects.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality parameters to meet organizational goals.
- Provide day-to-day reporting to senior management on project readiness and progress
