Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To follow up on the generated leads.
- Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway.
- Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
- Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
- Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
CTC: 20k-25K+Travel Allowance-2500+Food Allowance-3000+Mobile Allowance-800+300,000 Health Insurance+Thrice of your CTC as Term insurance(Life Insurance)
