Job Description
- The role involves sales of certified diamond jewellery with existing and new clients in various parts of India.
- Clients include jewellery retailers and wholesalers.
- The purpose of the role is to create leads and accounts for the manufactured diamond jewelleries, executing customer relationship management strategies and tactics to acquire, retain and grow participation among jewellery retailers in order to maximize sales offline.
- We are looking for a candidate to handle a large local / national network and have the ability to negotiate and close deals with customers of the industry.
- Candidates should also possess the desire, ability and willingness to take on new and additional responsibility if the role develops beyond its existing parameters.
- 3 years of experience in B2B trading and sales in the diamond jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of selling certified diamond jewellery products.
- Thorough understanding of the diamond market and prices
- Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, IGI, etc. (Optional)
- Well-organized, able to work independently, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills are required as job will involve interacting with small, mid and large jewellery retail houses.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all clients that are existing or that have been acquired
- Determination of supply and demand in the market
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ensuring networking events are successful and profitable
- Incentive based Salary:Rs. 20k+. Incentives on sales targets. (Negotiable for right candidates.)
