- Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with relevant experience in Direct/corporate sales/Enterprise Sales/Channel Sales
- Should have good negotiation Skills.
- Handling Sales & Marketing in PAN India.
- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
- Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for sales promotion and growth of business in the assigned area in PAN India.
- Responsible to manage the team of distributors.
- Responsible for planning, Forecasting and implementation of sales plan.
- Responsible to close the orders.
- Generating the new business.
- Lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customers and channel partner engagement, marketing and demand generation plans.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience -3+ years of exp in any direct sales ( exp in FMCG / Digital Payment sales would be preferred )
- Skills -Should possess strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong planning and organizing abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills
