Ø  Achieve Collection Targets in the assigned area. 

Ø  Maintain Reporting and meet deadlines 

Ø  Responsible to achieve designated Sales Targets. 

Ø  Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement

Ø  Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

Ø  Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

Ø  Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.

Ø  Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

Ø  Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.

Ø  Conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team.

Ø  Develop performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals.
