- Should be handling team
- Capable of handling huge sales volume of hosiery garments
- Team builder with the positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Should have knowledge of area
- Should be capable of managing the region assigned to them to ensure proper sales. Responsible for achieving the client or activation targets of their specified region.
- Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team.
- Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations.
- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.
Skill and Additional Points for all the position:-
- Knowledge of current market trends, Hosiery/Garments Sales, Channel Management
- Excel, Word, Email
- Thorough knowledge in Chennai Market
- Must be Strong in Channel Distribution
- Very good Knowledge & work experience in each corner in the Karnataka
- Relationship with Distributors
- Networking
- Good Credibility, Integrity, and Stability
- People with Retail Sales Experience Not Required
