Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:
To grow volumes & market share for the entire range of products in the assigned territory
To increase business through effective channel (Dealers) management
To grow business through channel expansion (New Dealer Appointment)
To implement Brand promotional (BTL) activities & schemes initiated by the Corporate Marketing Team
To continuously monitor competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share
Strictly adhere to the company policies.

Responsible for managing multiple project lifecycles from business development to final delivery

Professional Skills:-

• To collaborate with architects, builders, and developers

• Lead Generation, Specification

• To ensure availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and

logistics

• Systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition

and trends

• Working closely with the sales team for upcoming projects.

• New Client Acquisition

• Sourcing New Business from Existing Client

Required Candidate profile

• Any Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or MBA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong in Dealer Management & People Management skills

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Good at communication
