- You have to recruit Agents/Advisors under you.
- Agents/Advisors to be recruited are like to be who are in crowd eg : sales executives, marketing executives, coming to high profile: Doctors , Principals , Builders, lawyers,engineers, contractors etc.
- You will be working on payroll of the company whereas your Agents/Advisors will be
- working on commission basis.
- Company will provide classroom training of 7-10 days for your Agents/Advisors.
- Arrange meetings with Agents/Advisors.
- Should maintain a good relationship with Agents.
- Making calls and discussing about the status.
- Meet Business Targets:
- 100% target based
- Customer Centricity:
- Should not force the candidates
- According to the customer needs he/she(Agent) should sell the insurance
- BM(Branch Manager) will train the manager for 1 month.
- If the candidate is completing gold sheet within 3 months from the fourth month onwards he/she will be in on role job and probation will be completed in 3 months.
- Salary:2.6lakhs per annum
- Salary includes PF , Mediclam , Bonus , Incentives , Quarterly Abroad trips.
- 4 times promotion in a year and 25% hike on every promotion on current salary.
